For the past few years, I’ve been building PropTech products and teams at Outer Labs. Prior to that I built tools to enhance teamwork & creativity for Logitech, coming out of a rich career as an award-winning architect & real estate developer.

2016 & prior
I worked as an architect & interior designer, specializing in high-end hospitality and food & beverage projects. I was a Design Director of a 25-person studio within a larger firm, owning the design and the customer relationships from everything from a brasserie in Budapest to Google eateries overlooking the Bay. It was an exciting & busy time, mentoring the team, managing up to 20 concurrent projects, lots of travel & picking up a few design awards along the way! In the beginning..
I began my design leadership journey unexpectedly, when my architecture professors awarded me a teaching fellowship after graduation. For the next three years I taught an undergraduate design studio course, a prequel to the professional architecture program, where students learn about the fundamentals of design: composition, figure/ground, materiality, 2D/3D representations, communicating the essential, craft, and most importantly, design process.
